The issuing of refunds and credits shall be at the sole discretion of mmo-gs.com. We reserve the right to resolve any problem you may have before starting the refund process. For assistance please contact us at [email protected].

We may issue refunds under the following conditions:

• The item you purchased is out of stock or we are unnable to provide the service. Upon request we will issue a refund within 24 hours.
• Occasionally we need your assistance in verifying payment and delivery information, if you refuse or you do not respond to our request within 10 days, your order will be cancelled and a refund will be issued upon request.
• If your payment is less than the price listed on our web site, you will be given an opportunity to make full payment. If you refuse or do not respond within 10 days your order will be cancelled and a refund will be issued upon request.
• Your account got terminated while we were providing powerleveling service (depends on circumstances).

Refunds will not be issued for the following reasons:

• You find a cheaper price on another site.
• You request a refund because you changed your mind and do not want purchased service after ordering.
• Your account got terminated once our service had been rendered already.
• For any reason other than those listed in “We may issue refunds under the following conditions” outlined above.
